@MotoGP Top class rider, but it comes down to lack of consistency and years of not being able to get off the line at the start, with every brand he has raced, or seems to disappear at times during the race or a season. Too many hungry young riders wanting that seat.

@AnnaDsays 3 back surgeries over the years and now missing 4 discs in my lower back. Dealt mainly with sciatica and nerve degeneration. PT may trigger some muscle groups you haven't been using but help to get you aligned. It may hurt a little at first, but over time it will help out.

Carne Asada turned out tender and juicy. Ended up making little steak tacos with black beans and rice. I made corn on the cob too, but forgot all about until we cleaned up the dishes. Guess it will go with the leftovers.

Homemade salsa on the final cool down, just added the red onions and extra tomatoes. Turned out a bit spicy but not too much, ready to go with the carne asada flank steak that has been marinating for about 24 hours now.

Rigatoni with homemade sauce tonight, with about a 4 hour simmer on the sauce. Added some spice with Calabrian peppers.
