If the FDA was entirely run by pharmaceuticals, why is the approval process so insanely expensive?? Why do so few drugs get approved each yeah?? Why is biotech/pharmaceutical such a high-risk field if the regulatory body is just bought and paid for??? Why does the rest of the world buy our drugs? Why does the US even bother contributing so much medical research to the world if we could just fake our data and get any drug we wanted approved? Why don't China/Russia constantly attack our FDA if it's so bought and paid for???????
