@DrGaellon I’d also add that if echo doesn’t show other supportive findings of diastolic dysfunction such as E:A reversal or enlarged LA, or no history of the usual risk factors e.g bad HTN, then with all the other data you’ve amassed, you’ve made a good case for a primary dx of cirrhosis
