Following the heated discussion about this. Surely it has to be about robust risk assessment on an individual basis alongside prison service safe guards. I am all for safeguarding rights but would a man who raped other men not be housed in a male prison if convicted?!

@PackedLunchC4 At 21 I went to NYC & got a job waitressing in a restaurant at bottom of the Empire State Building. One night,last on shift & forgot to switch off the coffee machine. It boiled dry, & set on fire the shelves above! Luckily fire was spotted before I burnt down a major landmark!!
