My active complaints are pending before the RBI Ombudsman (Complaint Nos: N202627016005032 & N202627023146004). Is @IndusIndBank running a regulated banking service or a lawless recovery racket that knowingly endangers human life under Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act?

@IDFCFIRSTBank bank closed complaints without providing any reply or resolution, generated SR suo moto and closed them. This kind of unauthorised activity by the @IDFCFIRSTBank is totally unacceptable.
