2. Even with the knowledge of EBSNA for three years, the LA are pushing for attendance to SEN schools even though my child has expressed no desire to ever step foot in a setting. She deserves to be listened to and EOTAS due to the trauma of being ignored by Surrey for three years

@LBC @TomSwarbrick1 I understand what @AngelaRayner was trying to do. Chain move for us would be impossible with SEND children. We also have to make sure they have a future of financial support, especially when LAs have left us stranded. SD needs to be scrapped!

THREAD 🧵 Currently under a government who “accidentally” are able to avoid tax bills when selling a home. We are a household with SEND dependents, doesn’t this open @UKLabour eyes to the pressure send families are under? Carers Allowance, earn 1p over and the whole amount taken.

We are the only people who can support our children’s future financially @AngelaRayner especially when the system and LAs aren’t providing Alternative Provision, my children may end up using benefits due to lack of education due to Autism and EBSNA.

Moving house for us will be a task due second home costs. A practical solution for us would be purchase first, move, sell first home after. Enabling smooth transition for our SEND children. @MartinSLewis for the little people just wanting an easy life, not to fiddle the system.

@GMB This first thing I thought of when she explained her “mistake/bad legal advice” was the poor carers who can’t even earn a living due to CA cap. That needs to go asap! If a carer is able to make a living, a measly £81 a week is deserved to have in full no matter what income.
