WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH @CashApp ????? I have 2 fraud transactions and they said to reach out to the company and the company says have Cashapp dispute it, but CASHAPP takes forever to reply. You all need to do better with this area of reporting such.

@CashSupport Aika responded to my inquiry and said it's already been processed and there isn't anything that can be done besides ask her questions after calling the merchant which was done before even being directed to contact you all. IT'S A CASH CARD. You put money on it and it comes off.
