Every trade on Divvy generates a small fee. That fee buys a basket of tokenized stocks, which is distributed back to holders each epoch no staking, no lockup, no claim ritual you have to remember.

What backs the dividend?

19positions weighted on purpose, one basket with 19 tokenized stocks. Fees do not chase a single stock. They are deployed against published target weights across the whole basket, so a drawdown in one name never decides what holders receive.

Divvy has changed quite a bit since we launched, so here's where we're at now.

the core idea is still the same:

trade → fees → tokenized stock basket → holders

every trade on Divvy generates a protocol fee.

a portion of those fees is used to build a diversified basket of tokenized stocks, which is distributed back to eligible DIVVY holders every epoch.

no staking,lockup & no manual claim ritual.
your time-weighted balance determines your share.
but we didn't want DIVVY to stop there.

so we kept building the infrastructure around it.

The DIVVY token itself is live on Robinhood Chain — launched fixed-supply via @ponsdotfamily.

The dividend mechanism is real and running,executed by a keeper script against the treasury wallet below, not yet by an audited smart contract (that's the planned next step, not a prerequisite for what's live today)

The basket's tokenized stocks are a different story again: they exist, live, deployed by The Index — a separate, already-running protocol, not Divvy. Every address below was checked individually against the explorer before being printed.

Divvy doesn't issue these — all 19 already exist as verified, live tokenized-equity contracts on Robinhood Chain (checked one by one: not scam-flagged, real transfer history). 4 of the 19 have no liquid trading route yet, so the treasury has never actually bought or distributed them — Portfolio's "assets held" only ever shows the other 15.
