@iamMikeA @ByScottPowers To add doomed is coming from a lot of places. We needed a top forward to come in and we are getting a top defender from the draft instead most likely. FA is garbage, most every team is competitive and wants big pieces for big pieces in teafes. The hawks have to rely on prospects.

@iamMikeA @ByScottPowers So Dominic James refusing to sign and letting his rights expire was not the same thing? Also losing a prospect you used a 7th round pick is one things cause big deal. But third rounders are still valuable and losing a former third round pick with decent potential not a good look.
