My Flipkart replacement order has now been cancelled for the 6th time. Customer care claims the cancellation happened from my end because an OTP was shared—but I never shared any OTP. How are delivery agents getting OTPs This looks like a serious security flaw @Flipkart#Flipkart

When the refrigerator was delivered, three delivery personnel came to my home and continuously asked for the OTP. There was only one woman at home with a child, and under pressure she shared the OTP, trusting that Flipkart would deliver the product in proper condition.

@Divya0ex@Flipkart Dear all - Attaching the pics for the reference, in this you all can see that at the time of delivery, @Flipkart@flipkartsupport logistics team is standing near to the dented refrigerator. BUT never told this to @Divya0ex. On the opposite they pressurised her to share OTP.

Replacement approved multiple times, delivery dates promised again and again, but no delivery person ever shows up. Then suddenly the replacement gets cancelled.
Same cycle repeated for weeks with a damaged product still lying at home.
