To maintain the brand image and trust on customer Samsung should resolve the issue..I think many people are facing the same issue.Even my friend has got the same problem.

My phone is under warranty & mint condition (zero scratches/dents), yet Jio World Plaza service center rejected my green/pink line claim, falsely citing "impact damage."
Worse, they magically added this reason to my job sheet 2 hours after I left!

Today i spoke to customer service they are saying that otp is shared and hence we cannot help.If the issue is not resolved and call will not be recieved we will take the matter to court and police station that you are hiring fraud delivery boy.
