I want to share my recent experience with @airindia here

I booked air india flight for my mother who was travelling from India to be with me while I was in hospital in London. She is 60 years old hence I booked business class flight for her despite it was quite out of my budget

but I dint wanted my mother to struggle and travel in ease.
She travelled 6 hrs in bus to reach IGI where she was told that there is no business class seat available for her and has to travel in economy class and gave her a voucher that they said she can use for any other travel

which we are not able to redeem at all.
I did tell this situation to the Air India staff write multiple emails they have all gone silent.
I am in hospital still and I dont have time and effort to fight this over anymore as I am already in emotionally draining situation.

She is quite old and doest go anywhere so we asked the voucher to be redeemed by anyone in family and not restrict it to her. The Air India airport officer promised her that the voucher can be redeemed by anyone. Its not just 5-1000 its 65000 rs worth voucher

@SkyHelpTeam - No help from the Service desk on low internet connectivity in my house. The speed is very low, and all-sky is asking me is to get an additional package for a booster to get better speed. I am already on 150 Mbps plan and getting only 30mbps.

I want to encourage everyone to be very careful while using the services @AxisBank provides as they have a major security loophole. This security issue has caused me loose my hard earned money as someone malicious transferred my money using my upi details through @AxisBank app.
