@ViCustomerCare I have shared all details through emails calls and now here but i have received no resolution. This is clear misselling and i am being harassed by asking to pay for plans i never opted for.I shared all proofs that i never activated this plan its done from back end.

I have been using vodafone prepaid number for over 10 years.I was advised by @ViCustomerCare to convert my number to postpaid and i chose Rs.399 plan and to my shock my plan was upgraded to Rs1099 plan in first week without any intimation

Its not in line of customer service and i get to have it after being with vodafone for more than 10 years.I hv been using this number as prepaid and as i was out of india the number got shut.then i was advised to convert it to postpaid and i get this exorbitant bill.

Its sucha customer harassment tjat i have to follow up since last 10 days on something which i didnt choose.I had no need to upgrade to higher plan as i barely use the number.I am told i activated it which I never did.Its a error at your back end and i demand resolution

Last year refund took 1 year and I never got the refund.Had to reschedule same flight after 1 year

@airindiain why do you make customers suffer everytime you cancel flight.Its been 3 months I have been following for refund for my cancelled flight from toronto to delhi for 2nd may.Last year I followed for 1 year and got no refund for that ticket as well.

@airindiain I have not received any refund till date.Its been over 3 months.I have written multiple mails on multiple id's given to me,numerous calls to your call centre.Heights of harassing passengers.pls issue our refund you cannot block my money like this each year

I have been following up with your team through calls mails feedback but there os absolutely no response.Its high time and i need my refund.The customer service is horrible everytime I deal and my money is stuck for years.Not done by any other airline other than Airindia

No confirmation on cancellation or https://t.co/aMh2xOkVvI last refund because of flight cancellation by you,was not processed for 1 year.Pls issue my refund,stop harassing us for no fault
