@careinsuranceIN Till date there has been no solution. We have been asked to try for reimbursement and submit all documents in original to their office in Faridabad where we were made to do multiple rounds of visits every time sharing a new document request @careinsuranceIN
@careinsuranceIN my brother opted for your insurance. He got admitted to hospital as per doctor’s advise, now your team is not accepting or responding to the claim. This has happened MULTIPLE times in past too. NEVER BUY THEIR INSURANCE, WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
