I kindly request your intervention and understanding in this matter, as we faced an unexpected situation that led to these cancellations. Your assistance in facilitating a refund for the canceled Dakshin Express tickets would be greatly appreciated.

Considering the circumstances, the cancellation occurred well before the chart preparation, and it was a direct consequence of the initial train cancellation.

Recognising the error promptly, we canceled the tickets before the chart preparation.

The cancellation of the tickets for the Dakshin Express has now resulted in a no-refund situation, as indicated in the message from IRCTC (PNR: 4161027693).

Regrettably, while booking these tickets, there was an accidental oversight, and we booked them for 19th instead of 18th, which is the date we needed to travel and that too only for PNR: 4161027693

In our search, we found premium tatkal tickets available in Dakshin Express.

We had initially booked tickets for 11 members on Telangana Express 12723,but unfortunately, the train was cancelled .
PNR: 4459288263 & 4713190748 We received the cancellation message in less than 12 hours' notice, prompting us to urgently seek alternative travel arrangements.
