Now purchase was done on one card, but bill generated on both . Today I paid the bill and to my surprise the amount has been deducted twice, for both the cards.... This is really getting strange

Amazon is GREAT ! Customer care means going in an unending loop. And even if you do get to talk to someone, they parrot the same messages again and again.... we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry, nothing can be done now. Thank you for being a prime member and pls rate our (non)services

Ordered an AC with exchange of older one. Instructions-get the product uninstalled and ready to be taken. Done that, get msg and otp for delivery. Last minute get msg-a problem occurred. The beauty is-amazon app does not have customer care number now. I. The name of customer care , you enter an unending loop.... No window to air anything..... Amazon is doing very good!

@AmazonHelp Sumit the problem is your exec. are clueless. They are asking me to order for the third time. Somebody said they are arranging a call from a senior, that too did not happen. When your system is compromised and hijacked by the delivery guys, amazon. Should shut its shop.
