Placed an order which was supposed to be delivered within 30 mins. Not delivered in 5 hrs
Tried to cancel order but even that is not being allowed
@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial has really made booking Tatkal ticket difficult. Since last 6 months, always get error 'unable to process request' for first 10 mins. After payment, status of booking does not appear for next 2 mins. OTP based auth-> doesn't send OTP

@Airtel_Presence I had applied for disconnection request of my airtel black subscription. I have returned my wifi router and DTH box more than 10 days back. Still I am being harassed by your team (5 calls daily) to return them again. How do I do that?

@airtelindia There was no separate DTH recharge. I had Airtel black membership (DTH+ wifi) for which I had paid while applying for closure/de-subscription. I was told I can't close w/o payment
In fact, after that I have received a bill with (-)ve payable. Plz advice how do you plan to repay
@airtelindia There's no resolution provided by your team despite giving all necessary details. I am getting messages to recharge DTH. Who asks for recharge after returning the device?
