Every partner comes on bike, with backpacks. Everything can be kept in backpacks, jholas, bike pockets or kept on the fuel tank, in their feet on scooty?

On porter app, you show the 40×40×40 cm box behind every 2 wheelers. Where are they????

@porterit_ Ur customer care executive called. She doesn't even know that i have complaint about multiple delivery partners. She knows only one complaint.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve without wasting customer's time. Ur own people dont even understand the issue and complaints!

Wrong and false advertising, wrong information for customers. Paying 145/- for what? Delivery service without any delivery support ir equipment?

He didnt even come on scooter. Even though we pay more for scooter compared to bike, he came on splendor. Hasn't yet collected his box bag. Came without any delivery support, to provide delivery!

Problem is at ur end. Either they have not been provide with those box bags or they have been asked to purchase them on their own!

Ur call centre team asks the concerns and does nothing about it. Sometime back, just before I wrote about this issue on X, my first complain, I approached ur call centre, that lady wasted so much of my time, and did absolutely nothing.

@porterit_ Thats the problem. I have been using porter for a couple of years and till date I haven't found a single 2 wheeler rider who brings that big box along.

They come empty handed, with a backpack, even suggest madam I have a dikki in my bike!

Where would u suggest keeping the cake?

@porterit_ Driver didnt arrive, app kept showing 1 min, upon arrival he argued, didnt come at door for pickup, forced me to come outside the building, even taunted me saying u wanted urgent pickup and now dont want to come to handover package! Is this what they are trained for?
