Difficult question to answer
If sushi is made from farmed fish, it’s a very toxic food
Similarly, if pizza is made with whole grain crust , freshly made home sauce and lots of veggies with no or some cheese ( how it’s done in most of Italian households), then it way healthier than sushi

Agree, Canadian healthcare is not free. My post should have said universal healthcare instead of free healthcare. We pay dearly to sustain it. Still is better than USA’s healthcare. Why I say it because I have seen conditions on both sides. USA healthcare is unparalleled, but only to elites and people with deep pockets. If you don’t believe than go to a city neighbouring USA where everyday bullies of Americans come to Canada to get their prescriptions.

Sorry to hear about your hearing loss. I’m sure whoever was responsible for it, is held accountable medically and criminally. My best wishes to you.
On a separate note, calling me an immigrant because of my skin colour was a little hurtful. I’m a proud Canadian, contributing to society physically and financially. I love this country and the flag. Also, I’m a fierce conservative, not leftist.
