Obviously already known most likely, but Deltarune on Steam actually is completely DRM free.

I noticed there were no Steam files, copied the folder to my desktop, shut down Steam and the exe still worked.

Makes Deltarune even better in that front then.

@IndieAlpaca Bonus: I also got the last achievement in Dungeons WITH Fleet too shown on the right, as felt most comfortable playing as her in DoA as well hahaha (IMO the dungeon runs are TOUGH!)
