@verizonfios Imagine being on the phone for 3 hours and 30 minutes just to find out that my router is bad….in those 3 hours and 30 minutes. I was able to do a load of laundry, take a 10 minute shower, prep dinner and clean two bathrooms. Amazing customer service!!!
