“If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.” - C.S. Lewis
"I actually don’t believe that there are any collisions between what I believe as a Christian, and what I know and have learned about as a scientist. I think there’s a broad perception that that’s the case."
―Francis Collins
If your theological sensibilities are so fine tuned that you’d skip out on having a conversation with the woman at the well, then don’t be so sure you’re following the way of Jesus.
I didn't become a Christian because someone shared about their "awesome church." I became a Christian after someone shared the gospel. Preach the gospel not your church.
@DnlPgh60@DrFrankTurek You say “by definition “. Whose definition? Do you get to define for a timeless all knowing force that was an uncaused first cause? When did the limits of your language and understanding become proof of things eternal?
@HDeanCole @DrFrankTurek So what is the creative force in your world with no God? Is it bound at all?
Would the fact that a god could not be truth and non truth make that his not a god based upon that limitation?
