@AMCTITAN I too have a similar problem. Pills I take range from stillnox (ambien), noctamid or Valium. They help me very well. I hope you sort out your problem ❤️

@PrototypesDNB Nosey Bonk was a character on a children's tv program in the UK called "Jigsaw". growing up in the UK in the 80's it was a terrible idea from the tv producers :P
