I am deeply disappointed in the service from @takealot & @MrD_Food. I filed a formal complaint with evidence of a fraudulent hub demanding a R500 fee (Ticket #ND7D0Z-MVR05) on Aug 9. My follow up emails are being ignored. This needs a manager's immediate attention.
