Nobody in any department knows what they are doing and @CheapOair is a COMPLETE scam! Nobody @VirginAtlantic ever called me back either when they said they would. It’s been 6 months and @CheapOair just keeps telling me they have contacted @VirginAtlantic and waiting on them.

Never book through @CheapOair or @VirginAtlantic. We’ve been trying to get a refund from collections department from @CheapOair since April!! I called @VirginAtlantic 2 months ago to try to get our refund because they took money from our account when we booked though @CheapOair
