My brother is an oldschool don’t talk about feelings, suppresses emotions & burys himself w work instead type of guy. He had a heart attack @ 31 cos he burns himself out working. His house burned down while he was @ work @ 2am while his family slept & they just made it out alive.

Spoke to my nephew who got his 4 younger sisters out of the house & had to run back in to get him mama who received burns. My brave boy!! 🥺 Had the fire burnt sideways & not upwards, my nieces wouldn’t be here. I feel so much mamae for them ❤️

I spoke with my brother today. As soon as he saw me, he couldn’t even speak. Today was the first time I’ve seen him cry in 15 years. Seeing my brother broken & defeated breaks my heart. Thank God they’re all alive!

@Damas_Sogeking My GP said it would cost around $2k going private but it’s the only route there is. I’m gonna look into seeing a therapist & seeing if they recommend doing a referral. Will keep you updated
