🇸🇪🇺🇦 Ukraine and Sweden signed an agreement on Gripen fighter jets during a joint press conference in Uppsala!

The agreement includes enabling the procurement of up to 20 Gripen E/F fighters using EU-backed funding, while Sweden also donates 16 Gripen C/D aircraft as direct military assistance.

The announcement was made as part of Sweden’s largest military support package for Ukraine to date, which also includes long-range strike capabilities, ammunition, electronic warfare systems, and defense innovation support.

According to GUR, Stepnohirsk on the Zaporizhzhia front is now under Ukrainian control

Ukraine’s GUR special unit “Artan” released footage of ongoing clearing operations in Stepnohirsk on the Zaporizhzhia front following a series of assault operations against Russian positions in the town.

Russian forces were pushed out from fortified positions during coordinated urban combat operations supported by aerial reconnaissance and precision fire support.

The unit states that key locations in Stepnohirsk are now under the control of Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces, while fighting and clearing operations continue.

Rare photo of a German-made IRIS-T SLS air defense system in Ukrainian service. A soldier of the 540th Lviv Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade also shared combat experience from one of Russia’s massive missile attacks.

“It performed flawlessly,” recalls Roman. That morning, the system fired four missiles and destroyed all four targets, three Kh-101 cruise missiles and one Kalibr missile.

🇺🇦🇩🇪 An HX2 Multi 2 dropping off an FFG APC at a workshop belonging to the 146th Repair and Restoration Regiment.

Germany had delivered at least 66 FFG APCs, which are a variant of the BAT UMG, and 40 "8x8 load-handling trucks".
