@emsuncleronnie@wildklip I probably live in the same neighborhood as you. I’m the only African-American in my neighborhood. And no one would just walk up to me and feel the need to exercise their freedom of speech by for no reason calling me out of my name. You be on the Internet too much.
@emsuncleronnie@wildklip It’s working out wonderful for me. I’ve never in my life. Had anybody blatantly just walk up and call me out my name. And anyone who feels like they have to do that to exercise their freedom of speech by purposely disrespecting someone, will have to deal with the consequences.
@KarelMLO@FlagBlack007 It’s about respect, my man we are all for freedom of speech, but being flat out disrespectful is a whole other thing. The word may not offend us, but it did offend our ancestors. If we took the word and changed the meaning and made it ours. Be ok with us doing that.
