[Himanta Biswa Sarma @himantabiswa]

I spoke with Hon’ble Union Minister of Education Shri @dpradhanbjp today regarding the present situation at Tezpur University.
I urged the Honble Minister to appoint a Pro-Vice Chancellor immediately, pending an impartial enquiry into the conduct of the present Vice Chancellor, so that academic stability is maintained.
I am confident that with the support of the Hon’ble Minister, the issues will be resolved at earliest .

Any VC heading Tezpur University must have a sense of the core values and expectations that led to its very foundation. Remember Assam Accord?

Hon. CM of Assam @himantabiswa, we the students of GIMT,Azara request you to reduce the college semester fees by at least 30 percent, just like you made it happen during last year. We have enough reasons to support our request.

[Bijen Singha @BijenSingha16]

Why fees of 62000/semester should be reduced by GIMT,Azara?
1. Not using electricity still paying for it
2.Paying for library
3. Paying for labs
4. college maintenance cost is low 6.Using our own internet bills.#ReduceFees @himantabiswa @AjantaNeog @keshab_mahanta @NEWS

We really urge you to look upon this matter and provide us some relief.

Times have been tough for all of us. Majority of our parents have suffered losses, some have been dealing with medical expenses.
