film twitter & their deranged obsession with marvel. they supposedly don't like/care about it but talk about it 24/7 and make everything about marvel...and the fact there are real people on there using patrick stewart's death to still be throwing jabs & be negative about marvel
Only boomer nations living in the 1950's think legalizing cannabis is an issue.
Cigs and alcohol and much worse for your body, and yet they're legal because they make the state so much money, and people should have the right to do as they please.
Make weed legal and tax will flow.

Maybe i am too woke but I'm actually glad birth rates are declining.
Not because children are a burden, but because more people are finally realising they're not fit to be parents and that's a far kinder decision than bringing a child into a life they're not prepared for.
My hottest take: religion should be disqualifying for political candidates. If you genuinely believe in magic and all-powerful deities, I don't trust you to have the intelligence or cognitive ability to make informed policy decisions.
@gamelenan1nac@petrazae@101stGBcorps Still doesn't make is a fake democracy, more like a hostage one. It functions perfectly fine,it's just it caters far too much to either end-poor and rich, because the normal Indian is poor, and the rich are so rich they control the country.Majority does rule,it's just who that is.
@gamelenan1nac@petrazae@101stGBcorps Well what can we do. Genuine issues are generally raised by middle class. Middle class is a small percentage of population and fragmented, unreliable voters. Poor people can be bought with cash and crony capitalist will find whoever makes their life easier. It's sad but true.
Socially Gujarat is as irredeemable a state as any in the North. No matter what good job opportunities and friendly business laws they have, you could never convince me to live there. People have backward mentality, courts are a circus and alcohol is a black market for netas.Dumb.
BIG NEWS : Gujarat Court gives lifetime imprisonment to 3 men convicted in cattle slaughter and beef sale case.
Court cites Vedas and Manusmriti to highlight importance of cow protection.

So three guys get life imprisonment for killing cows
Meanwhile son of a judge who ran over and killed A HUMAN gets bail in 3 hours
India is the country of Sodom and Gomorrah now
@theallergygirl Hugh Jackman has stated he wanted to an Avengers movie before retiring as Logan, even though he's vastly succesful elsewhere and doesn't need to.
No matter what you people think, these movies are the peak of modern pop culture, there is every chance Sir Patrick wanted to be there.
@NealGardner_ Makes you realise what wildly different world people live in. There are people out there who think Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Gaddafi and Vargas were great leaders simply because they developed the nation, not looking at the fact that they suspended rights, mass murdered and tortured.
@NealGardner_ The universe saw La liga clubs collectively doing well in UCL outside of usual suspects and decided na, this league needs an even stricter cost cap😭. I dunno how much this impacts clubs, but it can't be good for their FFP is such a big revenue source just disappears
@gamelenan1nac@petrazae@101stGBcorps No democracy is perfect brother. The basic rule of thumb is ,however, people will vote in whoever they want and they can criticize and question them. You can do that in India. Of course the people in power can misuse law. Smog is not fixed because that will not win them election.
The systematic dismantling of Mumbai's BEST bus network.
Mumbai's iconic BEST bus service is collapsing by design, not by accident. Stripped of its historical cross-subsidy funding, the BMC pushed this essential transit system into a dangerous wet-leasing privatization model. This shift forces extreme contractor cost-cutting on labor and maintenance, directly driving the recent surge in bus accidents and breakdowns. While the BMC easily allocates tens of thousands of crores for elite coastal road infrastructure, it actively refuses to merge budgets to protect the daily commute of millions. The decline of Mumbai's most vital public transport is a deliberate policy choice prioritizing profit over public utility. @hussaindorewala

@RushikesH27027@anantlibrary The lack of awareness is crazy. They CANNOT be relocated, it will ruin their livelihood. Their life depends on having open spaces to dry their fish, for their nets, having spaces for their boat , natural dock and sea proximity. What SRA tower will give them this? Apathy shows.
BJP and these dhando types are now paying infrachuttads to push the narrative that Koliwadas and fishing settlements are encroachments. The goal is pretty obvious: clear these settlements by force so that only people with a shitload of money can access and own these lands.
Let's not forget that many of these settlements likely predate Portuguese and British rule, let alone the modern city of Mumbai.
Now you have accounts claiming that Kolis aren't original inhabitants of Mumbai because it was a Portuguese city. This is just a convenient way of erasing everything that existed before the Portuguese arrived, including the fishing communities that have called these shores home for centuries.
Never mistake these people for protectors of Indian history. They'll happily distort it, erase entire communities and manufacture new narratives if it helps their dhando friends make more money. All while cheering on shiny new developments and toys they couldn't afford themselves.
And don't think it'll stop with the Kolis. First, they'll create a narrative to paint the Koli community in a bad light. Then it'll be the Agris, the Bhandaris, the Pathare-Prabhus and others. One by one, they'll delegitimise the communities that inhabited these lands long before Portuguese and British rule, until their history and presence become inconvenient footnotes in the story of a city built for the rich.
This isn't about protecting Mumbai's history. It's about deciding whose history counts, who gets to stay, and who gets pushed out to make way for someone else's profits.
@BigFrman Why is that first point even relevant - a goal is a goal. There has to a lot of merit to the fact that he so often scores those penalties, I remember when he missed vs France in 2022 what a shock it was.
Reliable penalty takers are a must for every great team. Its a skill also.
