@PanasonicIndia Haven’t faced such servicing woes wid any electronic product co. as we have been facing wid Panasonic. Close to 24 hrs of complaining regarding our fridge going dead i cant even get a confirmation about a part replacement . No call backs or follow up. Disappointed

Part 3 @PanasonicIndia We were confirmed that the PCB has gone short and will need replacement. The cost for the same will be upwards of 3500 INR and subjected to availability. Multiple followups later we were told part is not available in any warehouse all over India.
