I have made the ticket now your staff at Heera enclave didn't even told me that my product was out of warranty and I have to pay him 1000 . Now he is forcefully telling me that I have to pay him Rs1000 or he will not give me my bag back. Vey unprofessional
@VIPBagsIndia I have purchased many bags from You. I had trust in your company. But when wheels of my bag got broken, I tried to claim warranty through online ticket generation. You have the same online portal and same everything for within warranty and outside warranty product.
