This is what we are talking about!!
They reduced our payout, no proper support, blocking ID's, more work - less payout etc.,
@swiggy_in@zomato This is just a beginning, more people will raise their voice 💪💪
My mother used to earn 30 k monthly in Zomato before covid. Once Uber merged and covid set in, they sacked people randomly. Now, she works for Dunzo/swiggy and earnings has reduced by almost 10k despite working more
Every company pays bonus (or) distributes sweet boxes to their workers during Diwali. Meanwhile @swiggy_in giving High surge during the time when most people burst crackers on the roads.
Surge should be equal to every order during the day.

The best part is they don't tell us what exactly is "on time". We don't know how many minutes we have. So we are just told that this order is on time or not in time. The idea is to always make us speed and get there before time. The earlier, the better for the company
Those retweets and replies made my day ❤️
Earlier Riders used to question these companies, but for a change, from now on customers will question them. Thank you everyone 🙏🙏
I was really amazed to see this man trying to deliver food on time even with a terrified heavy rainfall. People who are driving cars were struggling to drive but this man has such a dedication, hats off, hope @zomato recognise these type of people and give some rewards.
Hats off to our startups Paytm, Zomato, Byjus, Ola, Zerodha, Oyo, Pharmeasy and so many - they have created value for their customers, their investors and so many jobs. Most importantly, they started from scratch. No inheritance, no backups. Just BLOOD SWEAT and TEARS!
A surprise change to the Indian food delivery giant Zomato’s algorithm highlights the powerlessness of gig economy workers everywhere: “You're working in a game and you don't know the terms of the game”

Dear @zomato and @swiggy_in - I just wanted to say that you guys are running food delivery apps not saving the world against imminent danger - I don’t know what exactly you’re doing to your delivery partners but if so many of them think that somebody else’s paneer tikka being…
The saddest part is the sentence ending this well-researched article by @catgotsabah - "The strike ended with the workers writing apology letters to Zomato to have their IDs restarted."
This is how @zomato takes complete advantage of widespread poverty and desperation in India.
@Zomato, is this the nonsense ur TLs threaten delivery workers with when they take to twitter & don't made themselves anonymous? I know some who have been threatened with legal consequences. Won't put it past @deepigoyal to put a defamation case on a worker, but who cares.
And they have the option of not responding when over two dozen media outlets have questioned and called them out. If this is not the most evil for of power and it's abuse, I don't know what is.
