@LincolnClient Yet unfortunately I’ve been down this path hence why I reached out. And instead of personally seeing what’s the issue and contact me. I given just the option to call customer service again which has been to no use.
@LincolnMotorCo I thought I your company values customers. However after the continuous horrible treatment and customer service I’ve received I see that is no longer the case. I am very disappointed in your company and will look for a different automaker.
@LincolnAFS your company has absolutely no customer service nor does it show loyalty to its customers. I will never purchase another Lincoln after the way I have been treated.
