It’s actually insane that Trump interrupted Survivor to go on his deranged sundowning ramblings. He is not living in reality, and if he wasn’t so filled with hate I’d just feel bad for him.
@SenSchumer@allinwithchris Resign corrupt spineless traitor, you handed to Trump the one thing you could have actually fought him on. What he does now is on you
I know it sounds hyperbolic but it isn’t: the Republican Party is just plain evil. Their platform is functionally about how much pain and suffering they can inflict on the world. If you voted for them you’re either evil too or you’re stupid (or both). That’s all there is to it.
Now the most that I can hope for is that republicans voters will see how bad of a party it really is because they’re about to cause so much damage, both short term and long.
To the democratic establishment, you’ve continued to chase the Republican Party the further they run into right wing lunacy. 2016 wasn’t enough of a sign, may tonight be. You can’t win republicans votes. Fight for progressive ones. The policies are universally loved.
Life is about to get infinitely harder and it will take a lifetime to recover.
If you voted for Trump, fuck you. You’re genuinely a horrible person and there’s nothing more to it. I cannot have empathy for people who lack it themselves.
To those who didn’t vote for Kamala because of the economy, you’re also morons. The president has limited control over the economy, and the economy hasn’t been doing great across the world. I can guarantee you that it’s about to get much, much worse.
Something funny about being a writer from Minneapolis is it becomes surprisingly apparent that other cities don't have nearly as many lakes, especially when you have a character in a different city who (for plot reasons) needs to be at a lake in the middle of their city.
