There was a bullet found on another rooftop at UVU when there was no reason for it to be there.

The police tapes and eyewitness reveal the original description of the shooter was dressed in all black, tactical gear and a mask.

Just like in Butler, the rooftop shooter was spotted by a random person before a million dollar security team.

The excuse for the rooftop bullet was that a police officer randomly went up there and discharged an unused round then just left it on the ground at a murder scene.
