I was faced with the same "You were asking for it" logic, which I quickly shut down. Nobody is asking for it unless they OPENLY ask for it. The rest is NOT OK. Wear whatever you want and do as you please and always make sure people respect your boundaries.

At some point, one of my colleagues started asking very personal and invasive questions, which I was not comfortable with sharing. I quickly changed the subject but confronted such colleague the morning after.

Indifferently of whether this actually happened or not, the issue lies on the thought process of "she was asking for it" here's an example, during a recent work trip, we were having a few drinks and talking about various things which then escalated to sex talk
