another championship.
I believe I can help make the Philadelphia 76ers a championship team and I am so excited to energize a new fan base and start this incredible journey one last time.
Thank you LA. Miami I’ll forever love and Northeast Ohio will always home!

Barcelona lost Messi in 2021 because they were €1.2 billion in debt and La Liga slashed their wage cap from €347 million to €97 million. The emergency fix was fielding children. Four years later those children won La Liga, and one of them carries a €1 billion release clause.
The cap crisis meant Barcelona couldn't register signings. Academy kids on entry-level wages were the only players they could afford to put on the pitch. So Lamine Yamal debuted at 15 years and 9 months. Pau Cubarsí debuted at 16. Gavi, Pedri, Balde, and Casadó all got minutes a healthy club would never have risked on teenagers.
Then the desperation play turned out to be the best roster strategy in football. Yamal joined at age 7 from CF La Torreta, a local youth club. Transfer fee zero. Barcelona turned down a €250 million bid for him. He made 106 senior appearances before turning 18. Messi made 9.
The cap math makes it even better. Real Madrid operates with a €761 million squad cost limit. Barcelona's is €432 million. They won the league anyway, because half the starting lineup was developed in-house at academy cost.
Messi's final Barcelona contract was worth over €500 million. His replacement cost nothing.
Those 11-year-olds in the video are the next batch. A pipeline that began as a bankruptcy workaround is now the entire plan.
I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn't ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I was pretty sure I played my last game. I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide if I still love
People are often critical of Victoria Beckham but to see this outpouring of emotion here from her as England scores a goal shows her deep connection with both football and the team.
I have no clue what is up with Mitch McConnell. I wish him good health. But I know this: he grew the alligator in the bathtub that eventually escaped . He could have ended Trump politically.
In exchange he got a few more years of power… and a party of people who hate him and call his wife a Chinese spy.
Hope it was worth it
@abc7abigail Maybe in your apology you should name the actual name of the country, which is Bosnia - Herzegovina. Saying simply Bosnia to someone from Herzegovina isn’t typically handled well, might want to look up the history of the country and the regions,
@abc7abigail I don’t think you’ve really acknowledged why the comment was hurtful. Framing it as “trying to have fun” makes it sound like harmless banter that went wrong, when it was offensive to people whose history shouldn’t be used as a punchline.
@abc7abigail It's Bosnia and Herzegovina. You might not "care where it is" but you're a supposed journalist in a host country at least educate yourself enough to get the name right. You come across as uneducated and vacuous.
@abc7abigail I mean, Americans keeps saying "Bosnia"...the country's actual name is Bosnia and Herzegovina. Basically erasing a part of the country's identity.
It's pathetic how some Americans make a conscious choice to be ignorant about other countries and cultures. It's not a flex at all.
@abc7abigail Abigail, here's a simple question:
What did you think was the "little fun" part of saying:
" I could not point out where it is on a map I don’t know the first thing about Bosnia, and I don’t wanna know."
Where was the "little fun" in that?
I missed it!
