BREAKING: NBC drops bombshell, reveals that Republican 2024 presidential candidate Governor Ron DeSantis just abused his power by demanding that a federal judge delay Disney’s massive lawsuit against him until AFTER the 2024 presidential election.

But it gets even worse…

DeSantis also demanded that the judge simply THROW OUT Disney’s lawsuit against him because he claims that he has immunity that “shields” him from being sued for creating laws that target Disney for supporting America’s LGBTQ+ community.

Disney is accusing fascist DeSantis of acting like a dictator by using the power of the state to “weaponizing the power of government to punish Disney for its protected speech.”

DeSantis wants the judge to delay the trial until August of 2025, a whopping THREE years, because he knows that Disney is going to win their lawsuit again him — and he doesn’t want to be embarrassed in front of voters ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

BREAKING: Barack Obama breaks his silence on his sworn enemy Donald Trump becoming the first president in American history to face federal criminal charges.

The beloved former president said that it's "less than ideal" that Trump had to be indicted but it helps to "uphold the basic notion that nobody's above the law" and the "allegations will now be sorted out through a court process."

Obama went on to say that he is concerned about the multiplying threats to American democracy, in particular the Republican Party's efforts to "silence critics through changes in the legislative process" and "intimidate the press."

"Having been president of the United States, you need a president who takes the oath of office seriously,” he explained. "You need a president who believes not just in the letter but in the spirit of democracy."

Donald Trump doesn't believe in democracy. He doesn't believe in anything beyond his own wealth and power. The man belongs behind bars, not back in the White House.

BREAKING: Legendary actor Samuel L. Jackson brutally rips into Donald Trump in an explosive new interview with Rolling Stone.

The brilliant tirade started with Jackson explaining that he was a "child of the Sixties" and he "grew up in segregation." Jackson says that some of the racists would hide it, but "they don't hide it anymore."

"I know how the Republicans feel about me now because of what my mindset is," he said.

Today will be a day that I remember forever. As President Biden finished speaking at the Safer Communities Summit he let us know that he could only take pictures in front of sections of the auditorium due to an incoming storm. As he walked around the front isle to take the group photos he saw me and the picture of my pops who was murdered. He gave me the Joe Biden look, (IYKYK) grabbed my shoulder, looked me in my eyes and said “You know It’s fathers day”.. there was some more conversation, he grabbed and held the picture of my dad and made his WH photographers take a picture with me and the photo of my dad. He looked at me and said “you are his twin” as he walked away.

I was speechless and I still can’t believe it. President Biden is one of the most genuine elected officials you can ever meet and he will listen to you and your story. I can’t wait to get that picture… It’ll be framed and saved forever. Out of the times that I’ve met and talked to him this day is by far the most special. Meanwhile in Florida, a woman, unable to get an abortion due to DeSantis’ deadly anti-abortion laws had to carry to term a baby that was found to have no kidneys at 24 weeks.

I’ll say that part again, no kidneys and was forced to carry the baby for an additional 13 weeks until she gave birth.

Deborah Dorbert’s son Milo died in her arms on March 3, shortly after birth just like the doctors said would happen.

Forced to carry, knowing there was no chance of survival. Then watching a baby gasp for air and die.

What part of that scenario is pro-life? The walking around for 13 weeks knowing your baby is going to die? Oh wait, is it the part where the baby took one breath and died?

DeSantis chases woke while real-life consequences are happening “death on delivery.”
