VI customer service team suggesting this to be resolved by 6th of Feb for a travel needs which ends on 7th Feb.

Can someone in VI team look at it seriously?

Why do you have roaming plans,you charge 4000 rs ( 10 days plan, voice call not activated by 7th day) for No service, No Response and No resolution inspite of raising issue multiple times .limit of harassment.
