Peri-workout nutrition for the early morning lifter:
1. If you train early in the morning, your nutrition window is completely different than afternoon lifters.
You wake up with:
•Low liver glycogen (regulates blood glucose).
•High cortisol (catabolic, stress response)
•Low blood glucose stability (CNS output)
•High adrenaline (sympathetic tone)
Ignoring this leaves performance on the table.
@DigitalFringed1@BowTiedHRT Craftsman wrenches were awesome back in the Sears days. As far as power tools, the only thing that was truly job site worthy, was corded circular saws from what I remember.
Potentially some mechanics power tools, but I don’t know much about those.
