They created the internet scale technologies we use today and pushed ISPs (along with netflix) to give users more of what why want.

My name is Tien Phan, and I am currently an administrator of https://t.co/KbppA0FXZm. Our community, with over 2700 members, has primarily focused on early investments in projects launched on Coinlist over the past 4 years.

Currently, we are facing some issues that require urgent assistance.

Personally, since 2021, I have regularly posted in our group, sharing information about Coinlist, along with creating videos on YouTube to introduce and guide the community on participating in token sales on Coinlist. Some of these videos have garnered over 10,000 views. Even on my Twitter account, 99% of my posts are related to Coinlist, such as guides on earning karma, participating in Coinlist testnets, and joining token sales, etc.

My current karma score is 5650, at the platinum level, the highest rank on the Coinlist platform. It can be said that I am a valuable and very active member of the Coinlist platform.

Today, I would have been excited to register for the Peaq token sale with my karma achievements. However, myself and some members of our community are facing difficulties due to Coinlist's policies.

Suddenly, Coinlist requires everyone to re-KYC immediately and restricts all activities on the account. Trading, depositing, and withdrawing funds to participate in the Peaq project are not possible when my karma level is platinum. We are among the top 5% most valued members on Coinlist and should receive more privileges rather than these restrictions.

I fully agree to re-KYC once again, but it should be notified in advance, and Coinlist should ensure the user's rights when requesting re-KYC.

Why now? Can you resolve it quickly so we can participate in the PEAQ token sale?

About 6 months ago, around November 2023, I was also asked to re-KYC for the second time. This process took nearly a month for Coinlist to process, and now, in May 2024, I am required to re-KYC for the third time. How long will this process take? Earning 5650 karma is a challenging journey. I have consistently been in the top 1000 users with the highest karma on Coinlist over time. Now, I am unable to trade, resulting in a downgrade in rank, and I cannot participate in token sales. The Coinlist administration should take responsibility for this.

I have two suggestions that I hope will be considered:

1. Periodic re-KYC should be notified and processed quickly, without restricting the account to ensure user rights. Many cases of re-KYC for more than 3 months have still not been resolved.
2. Currently, sending a ticket and waiting 3-4 weeks for a response is very slow. Coinlist should open additional support channels and listen to the community more. Alternatively, platinum-level users should have their own priority support channel.
I have been using Coinlist for over 4 years, and I have guided many people to join and use Coinlist. So, I am sure I have not violated any policies.

I hope that after reading this post, our accounts will be restored as soon as possible to participate in the PEAQ project. I want to be a long-term companion with Coinlist.
