@silverfang09 @yahkinwow Report them for GDPR breaches. They're operating in the UK so they answer to those laws. If they're sending you political emails after you unsubscribed that's a breach.

Seriously @KLM? At an airport KNOWN for the security queues, with security wait times that sometimes reach 2 hours, you still refuse to check in anyone's baggage longer than 2.5 hours in advance? How am I supposed to prep for the queues when YOU'RE the one forcing me to wait?!

@KLM thanks for making this journey incredibly stressful and ruining my travel. Who came up with just randomly assigning people and forcing them to check-in hand luggage? Now I am going to be anxious the entire time that you'll lose it. It's hand luggage for a reason!

It's bad enough you sell more tickets than you can fit in people / luggage, but what happened to asking for volunteers, giving incentives, or removing suitcases you physically can't fit any more? You didn't ask but ordered and took took it before the plane had arrived! 😠😠
