Bought a new 1.5 Ton Split AC – now facing loud noise & water leakage.
Complained multiple times, got a call yesterday but still no action.
Technician came & blamed installation vendor.
No resolution yet.

Very disappointed with @HavellsIndia service. My AC issue (noise, water leakage, poor cooling) is still unresolved after multiple complaints. Technician did nothing, and now the case is falsely marked “resolved”. @anilraigupta sir, is this the customer care we deserve?
