Tis definitely the season for pavlova disputations.

As France decides to ban plant-based products from being marketed with meat-like words, here are my thoughts from Regenesis about such food literalism:
I've been wanting to bake this 3-tiered mammoth meringue for a long time. The recipe was published in Leipzig in 1860, but the torte is much older than that. My only recipe deviation was supermarket berries, because access to wild forest product is limited at this time. @cakes4u
@cakes4u@AnnabelleU123@CaptainLister@DocAndTheFrock There are so many reasons to admire Anna Pavlova, one of the best ballet dancers ever. Among her teachers was Enrico Cecchetti, considered the greatest ballet virtuoso of the time. She danced at the Imperial Russian Ballet, when the legendary Marius Petipa was its choreographer.
@julietaovallep@cakes4u@AnnabelleU123@CaptainLister I've a transcript of one of her last interviews, and it's both poignant and sad in terms of her unerring ambitions and the reality of being an aging dancer.
@julietaovallep@cakes4u@AnnabelleU123@CaptainLister She was certainly an incredible performer / artist and a formidable businesswoman. I think a lot about her energy, drive and dedication to her Art. -Annabelle
