@AmazonUK another poor show from Amazon delivery drivers. Items left on the front door step in view of whole street and driving off, marked it down as “Handed to resident” , bit difficult when we were all in the middle of Cardiff, didn’t even follow saved delivery instructions.
@BristolAirport one of the worst for service. Flights arrived over 1 hr 15 mins ago and they still can’t resolve the issue of getting bags from an aircraft to the baggage collection. Seems to lack supervision and management to control a situation.

@ThreeUKSupport You need to have a word with your teams and get them doing their jobs correctly and efficiently. These are just a few of the departments failing you Complaints Team, Billing Team, Customer Relations Team, makes me wonder who is actually doing their job over there.
@ThreeUK@ThreeUKSupport , This is the worst customer service I have seen by any service provider in a long time. They know they billed me incorrectly, agreed to pay the money back, but I have now been chasing them for months. No one ever follows through on actions.
If you were keen to help resolve the issue you would have called and sorted it by now as it has only been going on for 12 weeks of my chasing you customer service teams.

@ThreeUKSupport Everytime I use your customer support line I waste hours of my life getting wound up and being promised it’s sorted and the money will be with me in 48 hours. Lies and deceptions by the call centre. Surely @ThreeUKSupport train their staff, or do they endorse such incompetence.
Once again I am wasting precious family time to sort the mistakes of THREE, who billed me for services they stopped for almost 5 months. Even though I have been assured by customer services that it was resolved, each time I have been lied to and let down. @ThreeUK@Ofcom
Still not sorted @ThreeUK@ThreeUKSupport are still fraudulently billing my account that was suspended as per the #ArmedForcesConvenant for 5 months due to deployment... disgusting lies & false promises. DO NOT USE THREE their customer care is disgusting!!!
Again more lies and promises by @ThreeUKSupport@ThreeUK. Customer support is non existent. Trying to get the money they owe me back, it’s easier getting blood from a stone.
