I spent my valentines with my spouse and all my siblings and their S.Os at a wonderful dinner that we all helped making. I’ve hadn’t laughed so hard in such a long time.

It was my favorite night.

Thank god for virtual conferences. Got educations days off from clinic. Got to hangout with my baby, clean the bathroom and go through clothes that didn’t fit. All while learning from lectures.

@PsychResChat A3: normalize the feelings of safeness and grief that this year is nothing what we are used to. Finding joy in different ways. Plus making sure nothing more serious is not behind their sadness.

@PsychResChat A2: I’ve been seeing patients just find the holidays just not as special because they can’t spend time with their family or they can’t engage in traditions.

Also commonly this time of year brings difficult memories and many have a hard time enjoying this time.

But in the past I would call my family to at least connect with everyone.
