Nothing you ever buy or achieve will make you happy.

HOWEVER : What you GIVE up WILL make you happy.

The path to a crappy life isn't through lack of adding, its through lack of ability to give up what keeps you owe.

The biggest regret you'll ever feel is this :

Every day you choose to sacrifice. If you resist sacrificing the comfotable, great is your sacrifice.

The thing is we will CLOG our life up with the comfortable and SEEK happiness by adding more on top of it.

Nothing will pain you more looking back on a 5-10 year period and REALIZING you sacrificed the great because you gave to much room to the easy and comfortable.

And you don't feel this now...but trust me you will...You will feel MASSIVE pain because time is absolutely non refundable.

Your sacrifice is SET. SEALED. DONE. This is your result. Bask in it. Its permanent.

Thus...If you want to hit any level of "feeling good" the secret is not via "addition"...especially addition while maintaining "comfort" clogs.

Its via removal.

Remove everything that prevents you from moving fast. Dump it all out.

Car. House. Cheap dopamine. Social connections that don't move you forward.

With this new capacity,, freedom and time...Its not like you will just do "nothing".

But the nothing you do when you refuse excess and comfort will come truly from fullfillment n lack of fear and not even consider "comfort".
