@JesseFrisinger I'm interested in the context. If he means the only experience that matters is experience in his system/program, no, that seems foolish from multiple perspectives. If he means he's going to wait on handing out a high responsibility position until it's earned, that has some merit.

@1sportstake @B_Marsh92 It's not the pricetag for Freddie as much as it is his term. He signed a 5 year deal, and is a shell of what he's shown the past couple years. I'd love for them to get out of that contract also, I just don't see anyone taking it unless it was a forced part of another trade.

- Show up early, set the example
- Help set up / clean up games & practices
- Before games ask HC if they need anything
