Ever increasingly we hear from the modern world “Live your truth.” or “Be your authentic self, find your own identity.” while the gospel tells us who our Savior is. It tells us what our identity is in our natural state, but more importantly it tells us what our identity can be in Christ.

We cannot save ourselves, we cannot live out unnatural lives contrary to God’s design while demanding justification. Cling to the Cross, seek first the kingdom of God and lean on Him rather than yourself.

This whole situation seems to be following the trend of, “Does bad thing and ends up in bad place. Makes a ton of videos about it seeking emotional justification for their own wrongdoing. Gets a book / tv deal; makes a ton of money.” which is all too common.

If it’s such an ordeal, if it’s truly that painful to experience the consequences of your actions, why then would you publicize it much less make the decision in the first place????

From a purely biological standpoint, infants in the womb are in fact, alive based on the scientific criteria to designate something as alive or not.

There has also been much documentation on fetal response to various stimuli, along with their level of consciousness and how the brain develops.

To say that an infant in the womb is not alive much less a unique person, is sheer fallacy or ignorance. That, or you simply have no regard for life and care for little beyond your own desires.

Did they do those things? Yes.

What were they trusting in for salvation though? Their works? Or Christ.

These aren’t people who were saved and then turned aside, nor or they people who trusted in the Lord for anything. He makes it plain that He never knew them; they had knowledge of Him but no relationship with Him.

If works are required for salvation, regardless of what kind or how little / much, then we play a part in our salvation.

Scripture makes it clear that nothing we do can add or take away from our salvation. Our righteousness amounts to no effect; they are filthy rags.

Isaiah 64:6, Romans 3:10-12; 20, Romans 4:5, Titus 3:3-7, Galatians 2:16, Ephesians 2:8-9.

Nothing we do can change God’s mind, judgement, mercy, or plan. If we could add to our salvation, we could then presumably take away from our salvation, which is yet another contradiction of scripture.

The Bible declares the permanence of salvation; we have been “sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise”, all who the Father gives to His Son are kept until the end, nor is there any condemnation to those who are in Christ.

Works do not save, but one who is saved will produce good works.

Every aspect of my faith is in scripture, in context, and verbatim. Let’s start with the claim “works based” salvation.

James 2:24 shows that “faith alone” is false.

Hebrews 5:9 says obedience is required.

Matthew 16:27, Romans 2:5-8 says you’re judged by works.

Claiming that scripture requires you not to speak sharply to people who film unboxing videos of their child’s down syndrome test, who then proudly announce that they have now murdered that child because of said disability (and all of this monetized) is some kind of demented, unbiblical version of Christianity I don’t even have words.

Should we not speak sharply to the rapist then? How about the pedophile? Is it fair to sharply condemn their acts to them?

Yes, I want all of those people to come to Christ. But do you think that happens by letting them think that what they did wasn’t all that bad?

My wife going through a miscarriage was an actual “loss”. It was the most difficult season of our lives. It was beyond devastating.

Being by my wife’s side as she went through that process was excruciating. It was horrific really. So many sleepless nights where you don’t know what to say, how to regulate emotion, and have no ability to cry more tears because there just aren’t any tears left to shed.

We didn’t choose to kill our child. We legitimately lost it by no fault or intervention of our own. God just decided to bring our twins home to heaven.

Forgive me if I have absolutely no sympathy for a couple that wants the world to feel bad for murdering their child with Down Syndrome as if they went through a miscarriage or a still birth.

My wife & I know what really loss is like. This is a slap in the face to the mothers & fathers that legitimately lost children.

This is called justifying one's shame and guilt, and not being very convincing. There is no grieving here, only desperate defiance.

A “loss” would have been a spontaneous abortion due to a legitimate medical issue / fault. That would have been a true loss.

You, and your wife, made a decision to murder your child. That’s not loss, that’s intentional choices being made for the benefit of someone apart from the unborn infant your wife had within her womb by the grace of God.

I read that the baby aborted for having Down syndrome by the YouTuber and his wife yesterday was done so when she was half way through her pregnancy, so I am going to describe in graphic detail what aborting a second trimester baby looks like. Read on at your own discretion.

At 21 weeks the baby is a fully formed miniature human being roughly 10 to 11 inches long from crown to rump weighing about three quarters to one pound. His skin is thin and translucent but covered in fine lanugo hair. He has distinct fingerprints eyelids that can open and close and functioning senses. He can hear your voice and external sounds taste the amniotic fluid and respond to touch. His heart beats strongly. You could feel it if you pressed a hand to the mothers belly. Lungs are developing with practice breaths and he kicks stretches turns and sucks his thumb in the womb. Viability outside the womb is possible with intensive neonatal care in modern hospitals. Many 21 week preemies survive with medical intervention.

A typical 21 week abortion is performed via dilation and evacuation. The process begins by forcibly dilating the mothers cervix over hours or days using laminaria or medications which causes cramping and pain as the body is prepared to expel the child. Then under ultrasound guidance in many cases the abortionist inserts forceps through the birth canal into the uterus.

The baby often still alive and moving is grasped limb by limb. The abortionist twists and pulls tearing off arms and legs one at a time while the child recoils and struggles inside the womb. The smaller bones snap like twigs the joints dislocate with audible pops under the instruments. Blood and amniotic fluid mix as the torso is wrenched apart. The spine is crushed or snapped. Finally the skull is gripped collapsed with the forceps sometimes after being pierced and the brain suctioned out to make removal easier and the remains are extracted piece by piece. The abortionist then reassembles the body parts on a tray to ensure nothing hands feet torso fragments is left inside to cause infection. The mother’s uterus is scraped clean with a curette.

This is not a procedure on tissue. It is the deliberate piecemeal dismemberment of a baby who can feel pain. Fetal pain receptors and neural pathways are active by this stage who reacts defensively to the invasion and whose only crime is existing. The mother carrying this child in her body for nearly five months feeling his movements, knowing his sex, and seeing his ultrasounds chooses to have him torn apart inside her. And in this disgusting case of psychopathic narcissism “for his own good”. She schedules the appointment consents to the crushing and extraction, rests peacefully while her baby is tortured to death because he wasn’t perfect enough for her, and she walks away while the baby’s tiny mutilated body is discarded in a “medical waste” sink to be sent for incineration.

Many women later describe the visceral aftermath. The sudden cessation of kicks the hormonal crash the haunting knowledge that they authorized the destruction of their own baby’s body. It is an act of profound betrayal by the very person biologically wired to protect that life. If the image of a tiny writhing child being methodically ripped apart limb from limb by cold metal tools then sucked or scraped from its mother’s womb does not disgust you regarding the “woman’s choice”, then the propaganda worked on your weak, pathetic soul.
